Tuesday drop-in sessions

We run a a special drop-in centre in the first aid rooms run by the School Nurse, Jane McIntosh, on a Tuesday lunchtime. This is an open house session for anyone who needs help or information about any health related issues. No appointment is needed, pupils can just come along on the day. If you are worried about any health issues then this is your chance to ask the expert. The Centre is open all lunchtime.

Lost property

All student property should be clearly named. Lost property is managed by the First Aid & Health Manager who keeps lost items in the First Aid area adjacent to reception.

Named items will be returned to the rightful owner. Non-named items will be stored for a period of time after which they will be disposed of or washed and sold second hand or used as loan items.

The school has no insurance for items lost by, or stolen from, pupils. The school can only be considered liable for any loss should an employee have specifically accepted responsibility for the safe-keeping of the lost or stolen item. Valuable items or significant sums of money should not normally be brought to school. Should this be necessary they should be given to a teacher or the Finance Office for safe keeping.
